Betty the Cat Hoarder

Betty has to answer to the Township as to why she has so many pets.  Violating the TWP ordinance.  Betty also is going to have to respond to the Superior Court of New Jersey as to the appointment of a guardian over her mother, who she has neglected in order to maintain her cat colony.
